Les Brisants - The villa

Interior spaces

Our spacious 146 m2 villa consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a mezzanine, 2 showers and 2 toilets, as well as a garage.

The villa is situated on the dune by the beach, therefore it comprises two levels. A 6-step staircase separates a lower section facing the garden and the street from an upper section facing the ocean.

The stay

The living room is located on the upper floor of the house. It offers a magnificent sea view, allowing you to enjoy the ocean in every season, whether the weather is sunny or more unpredictable. Spacious and bright, it provides direct, level access to the terrace and garden.

The kitchen

The kitchen is also located on the upper floor of the house. Like the living room, it boasts a superb sea view and direct access to the terrace and garden, perfect for enjoying meals overlooking the horizon.

The "driftwood" room

The "driftwood" room also offers a beautiful sea view and direct, level access to the terrace. It features storage space and a high-quality double bed (140 cm).

The "polished glass" room

The "polished glass" room is located on the lower level of the villa and overlooks the garden. It includes a washroom with vanity unit, a spacious shower, a dressing room and a comfortable double bed.

The "seashells" room

On the same level and also overlooking the garden, the "shells" room also has a dressing room and a 140cm bed.

La mezzanine

As for the 15 m2 mezzanine overlooking the living room, it is furnished with 2 single beds. It has a view of the port and is safe for children (railing lined with plexiglass and child safety gate at the top of the stairs).

Please note, however, that it is accessible via a very steep miller's ladder, which is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or for unaccompanied young children.

The bathroom and the toilet

The house also includes, on its upper level, a bathroom with a vanity unit, walk-in shower, and toilet, as well as a separate toilet with a vanity unit. Towels, hand towels, bath mats, hand soap, and shower gel/shampoo are provided free of charge.

The garage

In the garage you will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer as well as an ironing board and iron, very useful for optimized packing and a worry-free holiday!

You can also park a small car there or store your bicycles to fully enjoy the cycle path that passes in front of the house.

Parking for two additional cars is possible in the private driveway in front of the garage.

Outdoor spaces

Enjoy an exceptional outdoor space with a south-facing terrace offering breathtaking ocean views. The electric griddle, garden furniture, and large landscaped area create an ideal setting for sharing convivial moments.

Relax on the sun loungers in the solariums or in the hammock while admiring the sea. And for a rare comfort on Oléron, direct beach access lets you reach the sand in seconds. Upon your return, the heated outdoor shower and beach huts perfectly complete the experience.

Enclosed and detached garden

Located on the seafront, in the heart of a protected natural area, Villa Les Brisants also boasts an exceptional outdoor space. It features a private, enclosed landscaped garden of 750 m², optimally equipped for your comfort.

South-facing terrace overlooking the ocean

You'll enjoy unforgettable moments together on the magnificent south-facing terrace with its breathtaking ocean views. It's equipped with a high-quality electric griddle and all the garden furniture you need for meals and relaxation.

Relax while admiring the sea

You can relax and admire the sea from the sun loungers on the solariums, or perhaps even take a nap in the hammock. All the terraces and solariums face south and offer breathtaking ocean views.

Direct access to the beach

And of course, a rare find on Oléron, you simply have to push open the garden gate to access the beach directly. Upon your return, you can enjoy the heated outdoor shower and change in the beach huts.
