• No hidden costs!

No commissions or booking fees, unlike Airbnb, Abritel or Booking

Only the taxes we pay will be automatically added (under ‘frais additionnels’)

Weekday base rate:280 euros per night

Weekend, public holidays, June and September rates: 310 euros per night

July, August, Christmas and New Year rates: 450 euros per night

In low season (November, December, January, February, March, excluding holidays and public holidays): minimum stay of 2 nights

In mid season (April, May, June, September, October + holidays and public holidays): minimum stay of 3 nights

In high season (July and August): minimum stay of 7 nights (several weeks possible), arrival and departure on Saturdays only
